It’s hard to believe, but this summer marks the 3rd Annual Dan Duggan’s Find the Answer For Cancer Ride.
Join my family (and tons of motorcycle enthusiasts) on Saturday, July 21 at the Broken Spoke Saloon in Laconia for a gorgeous motorcycle ride through some of New Hampshire’s most beautiful and scenic roads, followed by great food, fantastic music and wonderful memories.
And in case you didn’t have the extreme pleasure of knowing Danny Duggan, let me tell you a little: He was a musician, master craftsman, avid fisherman, and a dedicated conservationist. And before his untimely passing, he intended to discover the joy of the motorcycle community.
Uncle Danny’s daughter, my cousin Heather, is the manager at the legendary Broken Spoke Saloon in Laconia and a devoted member of the motorcycle community. As Heather explains, “My father was going to join me in Sturgis to learn why I love the motorcycle community so much, to see why I truly love what I do and what I’ve been able to be a part of. On April 3, 2010 my father lost his battle with prostate cancer.”
As Heather says, “I can’t think of any better way to honor my father while showing my family what he had hoped to learn this year than to help find an answer for the cancer that took him away from this world.
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in American men. Help us find an answer for cancer on July 21 at the 3rd Annual Dan Duggan’s Find the Answer For Cancer Ride.
